I'm psychotherapist-trained, a strategist in practice, and, when you need it, the most direct and caring voice in your corner. I've spent the better part of a decade helping people cut through the noise, work out what's actually going on, and move forward with clarity instead of just more effort.
I started out as a journalist. Not because I wanted to report the news, but because it made it socially acceptable to dig into people's stories. What drives them. What holds them back. What they're really saying underneath what they're saying. That curiosity took me everywhere, including through a string of jobs I quietly hated, and the slow realisation that I was on the same escalator our culture puts all of us on, and that I badly wanted off.
On the cusp of turning 30, I got off. I went back to study full-time, not knowing exactly where it led, just knowing something had to change. I finished my Master of Applied Psychotherapy and Counselling at Jansen Newman Institute in 2019, then started at The Indigo Project, one of Sydney's most respected psychology practices. That's where I found the thing I'm actually good at: hearing what's going on beneath the surface, and helping people turn it into a clear direction they can act on.
Then came COVID, a move to the Central Coast, and the chapter that changed everything. I became a mother. Here's the thing nobody warns you about: motherhood is the moment you feel, viscerally, exactly how little the system is built to keep women whole. The invisible load is real. So is the slow erosion of your own identity under the weight of everyone else's needs.
I didn't read about that. I lived it. And it clarified something in me that hasn't shifted since. I want to be a disruptive force inside a system that keeps capable women exhausted, scattered, and disconnected from what they actually want to build.
At the end of 2025, we made another leap, this time to Melbourne. New city, new chapter, and the clearest, most focused version of this work I've done. Mythos exists because the same problem keeps showing up: the ground isn't solid, and everything built on top of it is harder than it needs to be. My job is to find that, name it, and build from there.
After years of this work, I can hear the difference between a woman's own voice and all the ones she's absorbed. Most of the clarity is just learning to tell them apart again.
