You have been holding things for a long time. The schedule. The relationships. The emotional weather of the house. The mental list nobody else can see.

You are the one who anticipates.
You are the one who organises.
You are the one who keeps it all together.

You are also exhausted.

A different conversation

You are not failing at life. You are succeeding at survival adaptations that are no longer sustainable.

The answer is not to try harder, do more, or find a new productivity system. The answer is to look honestly at what you have been carrying, where it began, and what becomes possible when you stop carrying it alone.

The program

HELD is where that work happens.

This is not a mindset course. It is not a healing retreat. It is 12 weeks of grounded identity and resilience work for women who are ready to stop being the holder of everyone else's lives, and start building one that can finally hold them too.

This is for you if

  • You are capable, responsible, and quietly burnt out.
  • You are the one others lean on for as long as you can remember.
  • You manage the cognitive and emotional weight of your family, relationships, and work.
  • You have tried therapy, productivity systems, mindset work. Some helped. None changed the underlying pattern.
  • You are ready to do honest work with a small group of women who understand exactly what you have been carrying.

Phase 01 · Seeing · Weeks 1–4

Seeing

The first four weeks are where the invisible becomes visible. We name survival mode and the woman who has built her identity around holding everything. We trace it back to where it began. The roles you played as a child. The love that became conditional on usefulness. You leave this phase with language for an experience you have lived inside without naming.

Phase 02 · Naming · Weeks 5–8

Naming

The middle four weeks are the honest reckoning. We look at what survival mode has cost across your body, your identity, your relationships, your motherhood, your work. We name the over-functioner and under-functioner dynamic. We make space for the grief. This phase is the hardest. It is also the most important.

Phase 03 · Building · Weeks 9–12

Building

The final four weeks turn forward. We work with what you actually want to build, and who you need to become to build it. The fear that surfaces when a woman starts to stop over-functioning, and how to move through it without collapse. You leave with a personal manifesto, a resilience blueprint, and real forward motion.

Six fortnightly group sessions

1.5-2 hour Zoom sessions with your cohort.

Three private 1:1 sessions

One per month. Each has a specific purpose.

A private WhatsApp group

Real-time support, the thread between sessions.

Weekly emails

A reflection, a practice, an integration prompt.

Group integration session at 3 months

We return together to embed the work.

Group integration session at 6 months

A second checkpoint, six months on.

12 months of monthly email check-ins

A full year of staying connected to the work.

The founding cohort

HELD opens with a founding cohort of 10 to 12 women.

The founding cohort will be asked to complete a post-program survey, where we hope to gain honest feedback and a testimonial (if appropriate). This is to help improve and evolve this important work.
